Meet the founder
I’m Alondra Canizal Hsu, career coach, communications strategist, and founder of Soluna Career Consulting.
I grew up shaped by hard work, gratitude, and quiet sacrifice. Like many first-gen professionals, I followed the path I was told to: degree, job, title. But even after doing everything right, I still felt disconnected from my work and unsure if I was allowed to want more.
That’s why I created Soluna. To support mid-level professionals, especially first-gen and mission-driven leaders, to grow with clarity, purpose, and confidence. With a background in journalism and workforce development, I help my clients build résumés, interview strategies, and career plans that reflect who they truly are, not just what’s expected of them.
Soluna is based in Portland and COBID-certified as an Emerging Small Business, Minority Business Enterprise, and Women Business Enterprise (Cert. No. 14856).
