I’m Alondra Canizal Hsu, career coach, communications strategist, and daughter of immigrants who gave everything so I could have choices.
 

I grew up watching my parents work in silence and sacrifice, trusting that education and a stable job would lead me to something better. And it did, in some ways. But even after doing everything right, I felt the quiet weight of gratitude, pressure, and burnout. I didn’t know how to ask for more or if I was even allowed to.
 

Soluna Career Consulting was born from that quiet knowing that our careers shouldn’t come at the cost of ourselves. I created this space for professionals who’ve worked hard, carried so much, and are ready to build something that finally feels like theirs. At Soluna, career growth isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about asking better questions, owning your story, and choosing a path that reflects who you are and who you’re becoming.
